Probably, as the mortgage, passport Kuzibaev has remained in the safe with the inspector of Office of Public Prosecutor.

But evening of next day the lawyer by phone has informed, that the public prosecutor of area has cancelled the decision and has signed the sanction on arrest Kuzibaev already under other clauses of the Criminal code.

For Kuzibaev, for arrest, the order from four person led by the chief of a criminal investigation department Syr-Darya area police has been sent.

The destiny has given gave it chance in time while the police from the regional center will reach to the remote settlement, the road borrows about an hour by the machine.

Not long consulted on relatives, and all have solved, freedom on foreign land, than prison on the Native land is better. In a roundabout way relatives have taken out them to border with Kazakhstan.
