The reference of representatives of Democratic opposition of     Uzbekistan to the governments of the European states.

 

We, representatives of Democratic opposition of Uzbekistan, the country in the Central Asia where tortures and a death penalty operate, but authorities of the European states on a regular basis deport us home, deliberately breaking human rights on protection against tortures and ignoring " the right for a life ".
But Uzbekistan does not forgive those who have dared to seek asylum and declare problems of a dictatorial mode of Islam Karimov. Deported of Europe to Uzbekistan people, are doomed for tortures and mockeries.
We want only one - we want to live! But us send on flours and death.
We call the governments of the European states stopping contacts to Uzbekistan and to stop deportation Uzbek-people home.
We call OSCE, to place for consideration Security Council of Europe introduction of economic sanctions against a dictatorial mode of Islam Karimov.
We call the USA, to stop support of Uzbekistan which repressive measures provokes peoples to armed resistance - to which will hang a "fashionable" label - the international terrorists.
We call the governments of all countries of the civilized World to reconsider the attitude to dictators and precisely to divide where terrorism, and where revolution-emancipating struggle.
We call the governments of All countries of the civilized World to reconsider the attitude to Uzbekistan, dictatorship and terror above Uzbek people can be a push to the fratricidal conflict in the Central Asia, which will respond a heavy echo and in Europe if now to not undertake drastic measures to the dictator.
We ask to remember that the Central Asia, can become the center of the beginning of the Third World war because of mass reprisals of the governments of these countries.
We demand to not equate us to terrorists or their helpers though dictators have brought in our names to lists of persons competent to physical destruction. To terrorists we have no attitude and at us are not present and there cannot be nothing of the general with violence.
We achieve attraction to the responsibility of the dictator of Islam Karimov and his helpers in the International Criminal Court, for crimes against humanity.
We call to the Secretary general of the United Nations, -
"Mister Kofi Annan, infringements of human rights are not only for Somalia, Iraq or Afghanistan! In the Central Asia - at your transgression silence and protection of the USA, there are crimes against humanity on which background Joseph Stalin, Saddam Hussein or Augusto Pinochet - it is simple boys-hooligans.
We demand clearing of all political prisoners in Uzbekistan, attraction of the International Commission to investigation of all cases of tortures and executions, closing of half of prisons of Uzbekistan.
We demand official registration in Uzbekistan all political parties and movements.
We demand to stop reprisals in Uzbekistan, to stop prosecution of opposition, clergy, journalists and legal experts and freethinkers. We ask the government of all countries Civilization the World, to forbid entrance of the dictator of Islam Karimov, members of his family, members of the government, in your countries, for mass infringements of human rights as it has been made in a case with the President of Belarus - Alexander Lukashenko.
We address to Norwegian authorities UDI (www.udi.no) and UNE (www.une.no), to authorities of the European states, to reconsider all without exception of an affair of refugees of Uzbekistan, refuges.
We are compelled to remind, that Norway ratified all International documents on against tortures and to prevent a death penalty.
We ask to consider all applications of selectors of a refuge from Uzbekistan from positions of Clause 3 (the Right for a life) and clauses 5 (Protection against tortures) " the General Declaration of Human rights ". Impossibility of homecoming if there is a threat of application of tortures, a death penalty or other unlawful methods of the reference.
We demand to pay attention UDI and UNE, on that that " the General Declaration of Human rights " is written for all people on the Earth, instead of for " elected peoples ", that unfortunately occurs in Norway. We demand to stop "pressure" IOM (www.iom.no) on refugees from Uzbekistan, - you offer us a comfortable way on a scaffold! We demand to stop deportation of refugees from Uzbekistan from Norway and from the countries of Europe as a whole.
We declare, that all we shall return home voluntary if in Uzbekistan there will be real democratic transformations, change of a political mode, is cancelled a death penalty and tortures.
We demand to stop prejudiced, negative, and sometimes and frankly boorish attitude to natives of Uzbekistan and the Central Asia. Such facts unfortunately take place on the part of administration of camps of refugees, administration of communes, in system UDI as a whole, across Norway and Scandinavia.
We hope, that our appeals will be heard; otherwise, we are compelled to repeat our protest actions.
