Evgeni Dyakonov, "About double standards and struggle against the international terrorism"

On Sunday the world marks Day of human rights. On December, 10th, 1948 the General Assembly has approved the General declaration of human rights as a reference point to which the states-members should aspire all.

      Whether and members the states aspire to observance of the Declaration all? Even more often we hear from mass media about " double standards " and even more often the fashionable theme " struggle against the international terrorism " rises.

     Moral shape of the West and the western politicians. From them we have nothing to wait, they see only that at them near by and that it is favorable. 

                             Foresight of the western politicians is limited to limits of frontiers, the state. 

     "To apply double standards to terrorism - it is impossible " - Madam Merkel has told, taking up on a post of the chancellor of Germany. Something similar, was spoken by its predecessor, Gerhard Shreder. Whether But all so is pure in their actions. After the introduction into a post of the chancellor of Germany, the world community steadfastly watches, what rate will be taken by the new official, to America, the Europe or to Russia. Conclusions can be made on the basis of recently occurred facts. 

     Nothing can justify terrorism - agree. I even shall tell more, no reasons can compel to follow the road of people of terror. It is impossible to divide terrorists on "good" or "bad". Such practice was taken nowadays by politicians of the Baltic’s, Ukraine, Georgia, but that a sin to conceal and many European states. 

And here, that I shall tell to you, it is impossible to apply double standards to the reasons or the people generating the international terrorism. Dictators represent absolutely not smaller danger to mankind, rather than terrorists. The brutal methods they only рекрутируют people in the terrorist organizations, that on a hand all. The people finished to despair, an arbitrariness of authorities, are ready to combine, destroy heads themselves together with the enemy. When heads of the European states will understand it?

     The prime minister of Germany, madam of Angela Merkel, skillfully having beaten off from attacks of journalists, in occasion of tortures prisons in the Europe and transportation of captives Frankfurt, still more many reefs. Fresher example, at ceremony of the wires, already former chancellor Gerhard Shreder, on November, 21st, 2005, in Hanover, already the former chancellor has uttered avaricious man's tear. And to it was about what to have a little cry! The Morals, this fact is those, that in the same city, all on the same area, near a town hall, Minister of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan very quietly observed of all this action Zokir Almatov. Whether it is casual? The present management of Germany declares, that is not measured to suffer infringement of human rights even if it proceeds from " big the brother " the USA. But, the Bundestag, easy reacts, on that that at them in "visitors" herself  Almatov, a figure odious, his finding to Germany, already the certificate of lawlessness, which hand on an elbow in blood.

     Germany cannot suffer application of tortures, but in the territory suffers the person who has reanimated Stalin system of camps. Almatov, has revived tortures and extrajudicial executions, any disappearances of people and prosecutions of opposition.

     For his, for Almatov, the first enemies, it is journalists and legal experts, those who bear the truth and protect human rights. In its stay on a post of the chapter of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in Uzbekistan, were to kill hundreds, and can also thousand in what not guilty  people. For example, all in the same USA, recently have noted "a black record" during with 1976 for 2005, there was executions 100 person. HUNDRED, only hundred, for without small 30 years!

     Human rights experts named figure, more than 6000 thousand political prisoners and more than 1200, execution or is killed in cellars MIA/KGB  during with 1992 for 2004. The same statistics speaks all, that the most part of executions was or is unreasonable, or there were executions innocent people.

      Zokir Almatov, personally supervises over tortures and appoints executors of custom-made murders. So why Germans suffer this executioner? 

     To any phenomenon, there is a logic explanation. To get to the bottom of it is not complex, political presence at the Central Asia, for the sake of it is possible and to close eyes, on the Decision of EU and on murders of peace inhabitants and tortures and infringements of human rights. Closing of military base in Termez, for Germany, it where is more serious than the Andizhan tragedy. Islam Karimov, " has shown on a door " to Americans, and here Germans while are present, so long! Until then while there will be " themselves good news ". As soon as Germany, will rise categorically about human rights or still that to them too will specify where it is necessary.

      However, the mightiest of this world use not only double, but not seldom threefold standards to terrorism. Anybody, about one today did not speak about the reasons generating terrorism. Really, whether the reasons of terrorism are covered in religious or nationalist movements? Whether so it? It is assured, that is not present. Misters to play it are necessary by rules even if it is a question of the international terrorism. It to a question about tortures prisons in the Europe.

     Authorities of the European countries "are not measured to suffer a crime against humanity", but suppose presence of the international criminals and pretend, that nothing occurs. The political position of Germany in the Uzbekistan, too is full of secrets and riddles. Why the Embassy of Germany in Tashkent and supports the German organizations so willingly contact ONLY pro-governmental NGO? Why German colleagues ignore real human rights develops, using in the materials, obviously deformed and doubtful data on a situation with human rights in republic? It means to whom that favorably! Who from legal experts has received though what that the help from the German charitable organizations? If is such, it is necessary to look at results of their work and all will be clear, whence "the wind blows". 

    After the publication of first clause about general Zokir Almatov, from informal, but the checked up sources, it became known, that in hospital for general Zokir Almatov have strengthened bodyguard in hospital. Whether it is casual? After that, its arrest in general is represented from area of mysticism.

     Quite often to us present the one-sided information on "terrorists". Hypocrisy and lie is a basic element of today's policy. About " double standards ", still a little. How to be in case of with Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Belarus or Nord-Korea where political opposition is forbidden by the Law, and leaders of opposition parties, are declared by "terrorists"? Though anybody from authorities of the country has not resulted convincing facts or incontestable proofs in participation of leaders of oppositional movements in terrorism. Except for those indications that are received power services from arrested persons under tortures. And those who have not had time to leave republic, are exposed to prosecutions. Many by means of falsifications of criminal cases or are in prisons and exposed to the most severe tortures. Germany as the democratic state cannot suppose, that in its territory, people were exposed to tortures, it about scandal in the Bundeswehr, about confidential prisons of CIA.  However and here lie, and " double standards ".    Germany supposes tortures, really authorities of the country did not know about existence tortures prisons in the Europe or about transportation of captives the territory? Knew! Former Minister of Internal Affairs of Germany Otto Shili is convicted of this ugly history. It knew about existence confidential, tortures prisons of CIA, not only in Romania and Czech republic, and had information on existence of prisons in Portugal, Finland and Poland. 

            Now, to the countries to participants of EU suspected of secret contacts of CIA, can cost votes. But who can guarantee, what the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Germany did not cooperate, also secretly from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan? The quantity of the deported citizens of Uzbekistan which is sought asylum in Germany, exceeds in two quantity deported of Russia. Why, flight Frankfurt - Tashkent is certain as " deport flight "?

     Everyone remember ugly history about Zokir Almatov, passing treatment in Germany. "Truly democratic state" cannot suppose tortures in the territory, no less than any displays of tortures, even flights of the American planes with captives onboard - has already excited the public. And to sense? Will make a noise, will make a noise and will forget, on a background of the next scandal. CIA, will arrange the next show and everyone will switch the attention to a new problem. And there will be something out of the common, already in the near future.

     And here the finding not the territory of the executioner and fanatic Zokir Almatov, "does not see" a German management, also as well as "does not hear" appeals of journalists and legal experts about inadmissibility of such actions. Germany "has forgotten" that there are sanctions of EU about an interdiction of entrance of officials from Uzbekistan, after the Andizhan tragedy and refusal of official Tashkent of the international investigation.

     Not looking at declared EU will lock entrance to officials of Uzbekistan to the Europe, Germany has accepted the chapter of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan Zokir Almatov on treatment. Angela Merkel has told in the past to year " to suppose double standards it is impossible " criticizing policy Shreder, and itself for the sake of preservation of military base in Termez shuts eyes to all including on infringements in the field of protection of human rights in Uzbekistan, executions, tortures, prosecutions of heterodoxy and destruction of democracy.

 How has got Zokir Almatov to Germany? So, what was possible to learn and of what it was possible to rummages?

                                     Zokir Almatov, it is sick of a cancer, it is the fact. 

            The fact the first: the Council of Europe, has entered sanctions against Uzbekistan on an interdiction of entrance of officials from Uzbekistan, for the Andizhan tragedy and refusal of the international investigation.

            The fact of the second: Zokir Almatov nevertheless has got on territory of the Europe where the Law ostensibly predominates, Validity and democracy. As it was found out not always and not for all. Dictators and their servants are impregnable - always and everywhere. 

            The fact the third: Under its diagnosis, inspection, and then and treatment to it recommended to pass in clinic International Neuroscience Institute in Hanover. But not here that was, the Embassy of Germany has given up to it in the visa in a kind, all of the same Decision of EU.

            The fact the fourth: the Chapter of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan goes on a usual step for itself - blackmail and threats. Through " the people ", it notifies Embassy, that in default the Government Uzbekistan quickly will make a decision on closing military base in Termez, that for Germany, is fraught with serious financial losses.

            The fact the fifth: Who in Germany has been interested in, treatment Zokir Almatov? Certain doctor Madjid Samii, here you will see its web page. It has invited Almatov  to Germany. Not many know, that at Zokir Almatov  there are Iranian roots and relatives worldwide. One of them Madjid Samii. What it, an element of the international corruption which is stronger than Decisions of Security council of the Europe or simply mutual assistance of relatives (fellow countrymen)?

             The fact of the sixth: 16 more November, 2005, project UZBEK-PEOPLE has given the alarm about illegality of stay Zokir Almatov  in Germany. Later, on December, 6th 2005 organization the German branch Amnesty International, has acted with the requirement to German authorities - to arrest Zokir Almatov, as the basic originator of the Andizhan tragedy.

             The fact of the seventh: Zokir Almatov corrects for health and about what to not care. To spit it wanted on all attacks in its address. It also will very quietly leave Germany, will return to Uzbekistan. Because it is assured, that for Germany where more important to keep military base in Termez, than notorious observance of human rights in "any there Uzbekistan". In fact, the majority of Germans and now hardly will find on a card Uzbekistan. 

            Bloody events in Andizhan have radically turned all world politics and now on a political arena, there was a castling, contenders have exchanged places that has seriously changed all political picture on the central-Asian front of political - ideological war, between the West and the East, Russia and the USA. 

            For now one more Andizhan because events of "Black Friday" and "Bloody Sunday", have forgotten in three days is necessary to the World, and today anybody does not have up to us business. For Russia hopes, to itself is dearer.

             Russia, having won ideological "war" from the USA for political influence in the Central Asia, has justified massacre in Andizhan.

            And in Moscow anybody not  interests, that into a henhouse has again got old artful foxes, everyone understand, that it sooner or later "will throw" Russia as "has thrown" earlier, Turks, Arabs, Korea, Japanese, Europeans, Americans, Russian it, by the way, it too "threw", but in Moscow it "have forgotten" for a while. 

             Obstinate thing, from them and only from them it is possible to restore the facts is no time the lost true. But as it has been told in last clause - " the Person of True - not always pleasantly ". Therefore, whether it is necessary someone to address from us to True, in fact True as an obstinate mare, for it to not keep up and it kicks painfully. I hope, that True and the truth, very soon will the main arguments in the International Tribunal, against Islam Karimov, for crimes against humanity. But it will be not tomorrow, for now …

     The author as does not pursue the purpose "to be rehabilitated or justified" before the public. Everyone has the right to do conclusions and subsequently to write responses by virtue of the intelligence allocated by the Nature, but this right of each of us.

And the last, on March, 2nd and 3, 1997, Zokir Almatov supervised over process to beat out indications from your obedient servants, that is me. In detail in clause "When the Rock-and-roll" sounded. There was it during application of tortures to me twice and supervised over this process. Business, was under its personal control ….
